These terms govern ride requests and transportation services arranged by Hodoxia Travel Inc. (“Hodoxia”, “we”). By submitting a request, you agree to them.
Submitting the online form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A ride is confirmed only when we email you a confirmation with the fare. Quotes include tolls, taxes and airport fees unless stated otherwise. No payment is collected when you submit a request.
Sedan and SUV trips may be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup; vans, coaches, multi-vehicle and event bookings up to 48 hours before. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full fare, as stated in your confirmation.
Provide your flight number and we adjust for delays. Complimentary waiting time after landing is stated in your confirmation. If you cannot find your chauffeur, call +1 (416) 555-0147.
Seatbelts must be worn. Smoking, illegal substances and unsafe behaviour are prohibited and may end the trip with the full fare due. Children must travel in appropriate restraints as required by provincial law — request child seats in advance.
Tell us about oversized items when you book so we send the right vehicle. We are not liable for items left in vehicles but will make reasonable efforts to return them.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a trip is limited to the fare paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
