Privacy Policy

Hodoxia Travel Inc. (“Hodoxia”, “we”) is an online-based chauffeur and private transportation company serving guests across Canada. This policy explains what we collect when you request a ride or contact us, and how we use and protect it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. Information we collect

Ride requests — name, email, phone, pickup and drop-off addresses (and map coordinates if you pick a suggestion), date and time, number of passengers, chosen vehicle, and any notes such as flight numbers. Messages you send through our forms, email or phone. Technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

2. Address search

When you type an address, the text is sent to our server and then to Photon, an address-search service built on OpenStreetMap data, to suggest matching places. If you tap “use my location”, your browser asks for permission first and your coordinates are used only to fill in the pickup address.

3. How we use it

Only to run our service: reviewing and confirming requests, dispatching your chauffeur, sending updates and receipts, answering questions and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

Trip details are shared only with the chauffeur and dispatcher handling your ride and with providers we need to operate (for example, email delivery and data hosting). Corporate and VIP clients may request an NDA.

5. Retention & security

We keep records as long as needed for operations, accounting and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize them. We use encrypted connections and access-limited systems.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing reserve@hodoxiatravel.com.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will post the new version here with a new date.
